Pesticide-free and cave aged, this raw Pu'Erh was harvested between 1200m-2000m of Pasha mountain near Pasha Village, Menghai County in Yunan Province in spring, and has been aged for three years.
Pasha, in the local Aini dialect means "tall and straight forest", an ancient forest it is filled with giant tea trees that exceed 200 years in age.
After the harvest, the leaves are dried in natural sunlight and hand rolled. The leaves are then transferred to bamboo baskets and stored away from sunlight for an extended period of time and allowed to ferment and mature until they are ready to be enjoyed.
