Great but can be difficult to store

I recently bought two types of tea - one is Organic Hojicha and the other is Elderberry Hibiscus. Both are absolutely exquisite and I'm sure I'll be a customer for life. The customer service is excellent as well!

I love genuine! I find many teas from other brands don’t have a strong enough flavour for me and it ends up tasting dull by the end of the cup. Genuine never disappoints with full, delicious flavour. They’re also so reasonably priced for the amount you get, and I find shipping is always quick.

I've used Genuine Tea for several years now - their teas are good, they stock some very nice but harder to find teas, and delivery comes off without a hitch. Their Hojicha tea is my favourite, and it's not easy to find good hojicha.......It makes great unsweetened iced tea. Added bonus: supporting a small local business.

Bought several different Genuine teas to try, and this particular tea was outstanding. I’ve always enjoyed a nice jasmine green tea, but this is one of the best I’ve tried.

I love trying different types of tea, but always have trouble with the metal steepers. I’ve tried so many different styles, and they always seem to come apart and spill leaves into my cup or are impossible to clean. These teabags make loose leaf tea convenient!

High quality Jasmine tea that is floral and hits your senses with every sip.

All of the teas I have tried ( and there are many) chai is one of my favourites. The roobois chai is a mellow flavourful delight.

It is def a lovely cup of tea. Knowing I’m drinking something that is healthy for the gut is a plus….. Not a strong herb taste which I like…. Easy to order and follow shipment ( which is a must for online shopping, in my books). Thank you

I don't always like herbal teas but I love this one! A bit floral tasting, not bitter or pungent.

I’m original from Taiwan. I’m really glad that Sarah & Dave introduce this amazing tea to Canada. I have repeatedly purchased the tea, not just for my own enjoyment also as a great gift for family and friends.

The first time I drank this tea, I was overwhelmed by the strong smoky taste. The more I tried it, the more I fell in love with it. I love that the smokiness lingers in my mouth. This has been a discovery. The downside is that I cannot enjoy the subtle Darjeeling first flush anymore. This tea is for those who like and enjoy bold & smoky flavours. Be patient with, it's an acquired taste.

Love how this matcha is pure and not full of sweetener the way competitors are; I wanted refreshing, energizing, genuine matcha - and this is it! I like the subscription, so that I always get more when I need it, and can customize the reorder period. And Genuine Tea's customer service is top notch! When one of my subscriptions never showed up, they refunded me.

Amazing tea such a great taste

This lion’s mane powder is amazing. It is so finely ground that it dissolves really well in water and goes perfectly with the microground teas.
