Edamame Matcha Dip
Feeling peckish? This quick and easy recipe by our friend Carla Riley is a perfect afternoon pick-me-up! It also taste delicious and is packed with protein and fiber.

Ingredients:

1 ½ Tablespoon of Genuine Tea Matcha Powder

2 Cups water

1 ½ Cup Edamame

½ Teaspoon Salt

½ Cup Cilantro
-
2 Cloves Garlic (Roasted if possible)
- 4 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
- Bring water to a boil and salt
- Add Edamame and cook until tender
- Combine Matcha powder, edamame, lime juice, garlic and cilantro in a blender
- While blending drizzle oil
- Blend until desired texture and season to taste
